Gone to the Dogs!

May 2007

Respol have started work on their second project for the world’s largest charitable dog’s home – Battersea. The ongoing project, worth in the region of £100k, is being undertaken to improve conditions for the dogs and staff alike and to make the facility easier to clean.

Flexibility was the name of the game, with Respol working together with staff around the moving of dogs. Floors and walls had to be cleaned down and repaired, and drains resealed prior to the application of a high-build, solvent-free coating containing aluminium oxide for a non-slip and ‘dog-friendly’ environment.

The project is on-going and will cover walls, floors and 100+ kennels.
